With our file hosting all servers support SSL. You can use either "Auth SSL" or "Auth TLS" with our service.

In order for the FTP to be encrypted you simply would need to use an FTP client that supports one of the two methods.

Nearly all FTP clients support encryption now utilizing the SSL or TLS.
