How do I view the status of my order?
You will receive email soon after completing signup/payment detailing your actual activation date and relevant information such as your ADSL username/password, webspace/e-mail details and so on.
Once you received this e-mail you can login via the "Login" section on our website choosing Residential or Business Broadband with your username and password to track the status of your order.
