What is the billing date?
Your first months payment (and any activation fee if applicable) is taken upon signup.
Your second months payment will be due a month after your actual activation date (as you will have already paid for the first month) and each month thereafter.
We do not tie you in to a contract like most ISP's and there is no cancellation or transfer / migration fee due if you leave us. After the first month, you are free to cancel the account or request a MAC code to enable you to transfer to another ISP if you wish.
If you choose to migrate away from CCS or cancel then you will be refunded for the remaining days of the month you have paid for in advance (based on your billing date).
