I can't login via FTP, my password doesn't work!

You can change this by logging into your Helm Control Panel account.

Clicking into My Domains > Domain_Name > FTP Accounts and select the account by clicking the user name. Once there you can change your password.

Bear in mind the control panel always obscures your password with ten characters irrespective of its true length.
