What are the login details for FTP via my HELM Control Panel?

Host Address :  ftp.your-domain.extension  ,e.g. ftp.ccsleeds.co.uk

Username : As set in HELM

Password : as set by you from your control panel

Upload website files to : /WwwRoot
Upload your Shared SSL to : /Secure
Download raw logs from: /Logs 
Download backups from: /Backups
