I do not see my new files immediately after I've uploaded them. How long do I have to wait?

Updates should be immediate....if you cant see the changes its likely your ISP is caching data.

We do not delay writing your uploaded files to the disk stores and we do not run cache servers in front of your web servers.

Sometimes ISP's even cache FTP data, so refreshing your FTP client will occasionally still show the old files too.

In this case, hold down ctrl and hit F5 or refresh in your browser and this should resolve it,

If this doesn't work, add a ? to the end of your url eg. http://www.ccsleeds.co.uk/? and it will force a refresh.

*** Note: ntl / Telewest / VirginMedia and AOL are known to cache data heavily ***
