What is the minimum contract period?
All our services are based on a 1 month contract.
We do not tie you in like most ISP's and there is no cancellation or activation fee due if you leave us. After the first month, you are free to cancel the account or request a MAC code to enable you to transfer to another ISP if you wish.
If you choose to migrate away from us or cancel then you will be refunded for the remaining days of the month you have paid for in advance (based on your billing date).
